I just got word from the ICA show that Washworld has a new touchfree for $59,000!

Lets discuss!

Wow - at that price an operator with an extra self serve bay to spare could pick up two machines and have double productivity for close to what many are paying for one.

It is supposed to be a stripped down version of the Razor. It is replacing the Revv.
I didn't look at it too closely.

That price does not include any of the options many people might want. The loaded version of the XR7 would be $82k (for the lite version of the Razor). The XR7 is still not a Razor - I would compare closely to understand what you are giving up for the savings as WW does not have a comparison sheet for some reason. The Razor also has some new cover molds and graphics (black seems to be IN this year). The LED lights have been improved from the mini pucks on the first Ver.4 to a very long rectangle.

The XR7 is the REVV replacment. It is now all stainless steel instead of partial. Differences are that a couple of places use bolts instead of being welded (can't figure out how welding isn't cheaper?), the Razor has the grease points centralized, you can't get Foam and Flow on the XR7, you can't get the spectra ray lights, and you also can't get the ESD. Otherwise the same. Difference is 20k, 24k with the 4k show special they are offering.

Glad to hear its all stainless now. They ruined the revv with the steel endplates.

The XR7 looks like the perfect machine for locations that simply wouldn't have the volume to justify a big spend. Same cleaning ability as a Razor but without the showbiz!
