Lately, our Laser 4000 stops at the back of the vehicle as if it were a sizing problem. It always stops at the back of the vehicle. We have replaced the right limit prox switch; that didn’t work. So we replaced the sizing prox switch in the bridge. That didn’t work. We adjusted the prox switch in the mid limit. We have given up and shut the wash down for the night. Help!

I am assuming that the machine is getting stuck on the tbar at the rear passenger side of the vehicle, based on what you have checked so far. I would start by checking the interposing relay. It controls the passenger side measurement. If it is not working correctly then the trolley will go wide on the passenger side. If that is working then check the yellow festoon cable to make sure you don't have a problem with wires 1 and 2. They return the signals for the right limit and width measure eyes.

Also don't forget to make sure the ultrasonics are clicking.
It isn’t actually getting stuck on the tbar. It stops about half way through the rear of the vehicle and turns to start down the other side of the vehicle, strikes the vehicle and the impact switch shuts the wash down.

it sounds like the prox / wire / relay for the 'out' function. whatever sensor tells the car wash :"ok, spray bar is out far enough, now turn 90 degrees and travel fwd.
