I'm assuming this is an owner design but I could be wrong, I'm trying to locate the owner so I can ask him that question, still wondering how he separated the presoak from the HP nozzles being both functions went through one arch before.

I don't see how its profitable to do such at all. If you have good quality chemicals too start with you dont need 4 passes of presoak.i was also wondering how are the rotating nozzles not going to freeze up in the winter & the spray arch so he is gonna have two seperate spray arches weeping water I would go out of business weeping that much. Maybe I am missing something

I have air blowdown for my Razors not water weep saves a TON on winter expenses.
Same thing I was thinking, what a huge waste of time, I am always looking for ways to increase throughput. Over 8 minutes?! Ouch.

Never saw hp rinses between presoak applications. Also used to seeing the trifoam before the lava products. The sequencing seemed off to me. Seemed to pack quite a punch with the turbo nozzles. Six passes of go on front and rear. Never saw that many before. Lots of firsts for me on this video!

I considered doing the same to a Belanger Vector, it looked doable but it would have meant a lot of changes to a lot of things.

It looks like a it tried to copy a Ryko touchless that has the presoak manifold separated from the the HP from the factory. I hate having everything go through one set of nozzles and seems like a lot of waste of time and money each time they purge themselves.

What material is the second arch made out of? It looks like it could scratch a vehicle if impacted.

That's my concern as well. Defeats the whole purpose of the padded arch.

The new Razors don't have padded arches anymore they are now plastic covers.

I think that is an awesome upgrade. I think the soap going through the same nozzles as the hp water is a big negative on Razors as their is a lot of wasted soap. Also those turbo nozzles clean way better than v jets with less water. I don't know how he stops the chemical hose from wrapping round the hp though!

The turbo nozzles also strip the heck out of vehicles like the PDQ G5 causing swirl marks not to mention there $100 each for the good ones and need replacing every year if doing any volume. The ones on my washworld power towers have to be replaced every year and they freeze up way faster in winter cold temps

I have them on 5 x water wizards and feel they are a big improvement. I think hydraflex now have a new version of there blast tech pro now that has a longer lifespan.
