I don't see any recent threads on the subject and wanted to see what you guys that use bug remover are using and have had good results with? Is it even worth using that feature if you have it?

For Prep service, SS bays, or a Bug remover application on an IBA?
We have used Bug Splat, by Stinger, & it's pretty dang good.
Kleen-Rites Bug Master isn't bad, but I like Stingers better.
It's 1 of those products you can't skimp on.

Would be for an IBA. Would use it on my Profile and maybe even the Razor if it actually worked well. For the Razor I have the Bug Remover feature turned off as it just added more time and I figured the presoak would do the work, but wanted to possibly use it on the Profile.

So, what's your thoughts. & customers, on this?
We use Chem Quest's D-Bug. It literally melts the bugs. Great product, especially now with all the yellow butterflies, which I've detailed in another subject on this Forum. We offer the Bug Pass on our Middle and Top washes.

U offer that Bug Pass year round? Or switch it to something else? What's the feedback on it?
If unoffwr a "Bug Pass", & upcharge for it, Id be worried customers might look for feasons to complain (more so than usual)...?

We offer it year-round. Don't forget, this is South Texas -- we've got bugs and road-junk all year round, and the top wash is our top seller all year round. 60-65% of our sales are the top wash.

Also, we're in a very rural area -- more bugs and bird droppings. Had a guy come through who had driven through a swarm of bees that left bodies and honey stuck all over his windshield and front of his car. Our wash took care of it really well and he was very pleased. But as with any of these bug situations, if you leave them on for quite some time, they get like cement and no matter what bug-remover you use, it won't get them all off.
