Foam Brush Help

I have a couple questions about my foam brush setup.

What air pressure do I set the air at? Currently at 60 psi

My foam doesn't look foamy it is more liquid than foam.



What do I need to do?

You might need to increase the strength of the chemical. 60 PSI is way too high for the air. I run it 15-20 PSI.

I bought the soap from Carwash Superstore.

It feeds into a 55 gal drum ( Mixes ) the mixture is 200/1

To me 200:1 seems too weak. Is the 60 psi on the air coming into the Flojet or the air injection?

I’m 35 chem 28 air. @ 60:1 chem ratio

Are you sure your getting air to the brush and bay?

Yes. We were there today and changed out a few things and still getting more liquid than foam.

Did you try adding some product to the tank to see if it's too weak?

Can you post a video of it running? A picture doesn't help much.

Do you have a foam generator in line?

Make your product stronger. I had same issue, & received the same advice on here. Tried it & that worked.

I purchase a new Foam generators and will be installing those on Saturday. I will increase the product. Thanks for the tip.

Is this just in a single bay or all your bays at the wash look like this?
