I am preparing to reopen a car wash that has been closed for 4 years and want to add card readers.
I have looked at about 3 different companies and am thinking of going with monex group. Also wondering if they can be mounted directly to my existing box?

Just search for Monex on here and read up before jumping in.
I have found some threads on the subject and they all sound awful. It can make you business go up in flames if customers get overcharged if they don’t stop it and the fees sound outrageous!

Look at Nyax and Cryptopay. They both have their pros and cons. There is no perfect system out there when you consider everything.

Yeah I have noticed. I saw the car wash chronicle on you tube and he raved about the monex system and made it look so easy.
Cryptopay has been great for me. Very reliable, easy to set up. Set it and forget it.
Thanks

Looks like you may have B & C timers. I think they are Cryptopay compatible. The company is in Colorado. You can contct them to find out. If not you will need to add something like a Dixmor LED 7 timer to add Cryptopay with count up.

I am still stuck on the monex reader. Any thoughts on them?

Nayax can be added to those timers in count up or count down mode, no need to switch out the timers. I have those timers with nayax in count-up mode at 1 location.

The first thing I'd do is replace the timers with a Dixmor LED-8 or LED-9 timers and multi-coin coin acceptors. Then I'd think about credit card readers.
What is the purpose of replacing
