Whats the best way to paint bick for bays

I have a couple of ss that need a face lift. The bays are brick and have never been painted. Don't want to break the bank. I live in the south. I would like to do it right the first time. What kind of paint? Do I need to treat the brick? Any sugestion would be great. Thanks

Inside of Bays - Don't paint - Panel.

Outside - I have used a "Concrete Stain" available at Home Depot.

Has anyone used this? I dont think I would trust anything other than the FRP?
