I switched to Chemquest Low PH shampoo for my Mark VII softwash brush lubricant, and I can't believe how much cleaner the foam, machine, walls, and even my floor are. Highly recommend!

All of my Cat pumps vent to atmosphere, I.E. they have a hole in the cap to ensure there isn't internal pressure. Is the vent hole in the cap plugged?

I'd check to make sure your track hasn't shifted, especially at the bend. If you back the air pressure all the way off, and manually push it up and down, you should feel any extra friction or pinch points. Any air leaks from the cylinders? Is your oiler working or could the cylinders be dry? Is...

Sorry I misunderstood, I thought you were speaking about STARTING with tri-color and brushes and removing the pre-rinse. We never have any staining with a pre-rinse. Only time we have seen staining is when tricolor is applied to a dry hot car. I will look into our brush settings to see if there...
