You said you had a 4 bay set up. On your door your pump stand is a 5 bay. Bay 1 and Bay 5 don’t appear to have power from your indicator lights. Which bay does not have power or both?
There’s five fuse blocks that I will circle. There labeled 1 to 5. IPick which bay and test for power on the...
Your first problem was the fuse. Now that that is fixed check if you have voltage at the solenoid. If you do then pull the line off the back and see if tire cleaner comes out. If it does not then your solenoid is stuck. You can take it apart and clean it or buy a rebuild kit. See attached.
There is no breaker to check. Contactor overload has nothing to do with your low voltage 24ac.
Are you sure you’re checking the right fuse? If you are check for power on the outlet side. If you have power there but not in your meter box then you have a loose of broken wire down the line.
Try pulling the outlet line off the solenoid and starting high pressure rinse and look and see if the solenoid is allowing soap to pass out of it.
I’m not familiar with that system but I’m assuming the only way soap can get into that pump is through the solenoid and then that check valve.
Check and make sure the solenoid is installed in the correct direction. Also test for voltage at the solenoid coil and not the meter box. Im not familiar with Futura but if you have a brand new solenoid theres no way soap would be able to get pulled unless its installed backwards or energized...
Im pretty sure the fuse is a 10 amp. I will check tomorrow when im on site. 5 amps is for the meter boxes but the 1/3 HP single phase motors for FB,TC, and TF FLA is 7.2 amps. The bubbling in your tank is because your product was not working so the air was pushing back taking the path of least...
It look like there selling just the spinner. Ive rebuilt probably a 100 of these and never once was the spinner the issue. It's always been the screen or that cone that is the issue. Im not saying the spinner cant go bad im sure it can but I personally have not had one. If you only have a few go...
What are you doing with the bad blast tec nozzles? Are you throwing them away? There is only 2 reasons a blast tec nozzle does not spin:
1. Pre filter screen is clogged. Scraping it with a screwdriver will clean it.
2. There is a rubber cone inside the keg that when it gets worn out obstructs...
You have a Coleman pump stand with electric motors and procon pumps. I wouldn’t waste any money or time converting to flojets. You will gain nothing. The Coleman system is very reliable. Just leave it how they built it.
Most likely you did burn it up. Car wash superstore or kleen rite has them. There’s a slim chance you may be lucky and it’s just air locked. Pull the discharge hose off and start the pump and see what you get.
A solenoid opening. Air is introduced at the pump. When the product solenoid opens it allows the air to flow to pump the product. Bad thing about this set up is if a solenoid gets stuck open it will run non stop and pump out whatever chemical you have in barrel.
If your taking about the key way then just use a flat head screwdriver with a hammer and it will come right out. Everything everyone above said is spot on. Running the tap is the most important along with some WD40. Glad you got it off without any problems. I will add for future that instead of...
It's going to be hard to find a truly refurbished brush machine. Personally I would only purchase a brush machine new as there is a lot to them. Im not a fan of the I5. The freestyler and ryko I have no experience with. I would take a look at Istobal. Great cleaning and great reliability. I will...
Looks like all they did was change skins, motors, gearboxes, and sensors. This one is a very old I5. That pumpstand and control panel has to be 10-15 years old. A lot of people dont know but the oasis i5 was actually purchased from sonnys when it was a sonny i5 and then modified. Im willing to...
