Jeff:
I use TSYS and Washgear. If I take a whole year's TSYS costs and a whole year's income my cost rate is 6.23%. TSYS charges fees forcertain months.
Earl: I was told that I could not have First Data with Cryptopay and that I must use World Pay.
Who is your conyact at First Data? I called First Data and they told me they couldn't service Cryptopay.
Thanks

How do you get reports from your Cryptopay system? Do you go to a web page that gives you your information? Can you tune in and know how business is on the CryptoPay during the day it's happening?
I would appreciate hearing any information about this.
I use Washgear with TSYS merchants. My past year's costs were about 6.4%. When I started with TSYS years ago it was about 5%. Now I'm looking into CryptoPay, am I going backwards? Can you use TSYS merchant service with CryptoPay?
Staic IP
I have a static IP and use it with Trustkeeper. Why don't you request a static IP from our ISP provider.
Do you like CryptoPay otherwise?
Jimmy V
Has anyone tried communicating their credit card approvals and deposit info via AT&T or Verizon or any other wireless system without the need for an ISP provider?
Solution for low payers
For the past year I was at $0.80/minute. I went back to $0.75/minute and found that I have more low time washers than before A $2 start but a rate of 4 minutes for $3. My CC starts at $3. My high payers are still in there with $10/ wash. My average car wash is about...
Your $6.60 average sale is pretty darn good. How do you charge? tokens? quarters? CC? bills? Does your system count up or count down?
Mayb you shouldn't rock the boat.
Maybe I should be lowering my rate from $0.80 a minute because I do have too many minutes unused. How elastic are SS prices?
POP my be good for some however my average sell price is nearing $6 at $0.80 per minute. In my mind it's hard to justify a POP WAUW of $7. My high pay customers spend $10, sometimes re-start for $3 more. They take their time and do their wash in 12.5 to 16.25 minutes. Why should I lose that...
I took the number of customers with the total spent on CC from my computer at one location and found the following:
Past month average spent $6.12
Past 3.5 months average spent $5.77
Past whole year average spent $5.32
So I'm already averaging more than $5 per wash overall. Setting a high...
Good writeup, we experience the same. Are your price rates $1/minute now? We are at $.80/minute and hesitant to raise. We raised from $.75/min t$.80/min a year ago. We keep our start price at $2 it looks good and very few people on CC spend that little. Our average wash sale is between $5 and...
