The main screen would flash and there would be a clicking noise inside. It would be unusable and then correct itself after time. Someone suggested unplugging the backlight of one of the display screens. Which worked for a while and then it started doing the same thing. Haven't had a problem...

I know. I was skeptical at first. But it has worked. It has something to do with a constant load. I'm not sure why Unitec doesn't know about it. And you have a built-in light inside your wash select!

Have you called Tech Support? Also, what version is your Razor? Does it happen on every wash package?

My Wash Select just started this exact thing. Voltage is low. I disconnected all back lights and 1 causes the machine to go into reboot mode. Did you end up changing your power supply or IO board to fix?

Sta-Rite pump. Has been on the shelf. Never been out of box. $800 OBO plus shipping.

Yep. Done all of that. Wash World thinks the HMI might be bad. Trying one more thing before they send a new one.

They are involved. Problem is they are 4 hours away and this problem is intermittent.

Brand new Edge is getting an HMI comm fault daily. I’ve reseated the power strip on the Ewon and tightened all wire to PLC 1 and PLC 2. Anyone else with this issue?

Just trying to think of similar issues I’ve had.

Have you checked to see if your solenoid valve on step one is stuck open?
