What kind of issues are you seeing? My Sonics get a little more picky in the cold. I had a bridge prox get a little goofy in the cold wind last night, but once it warmed up, good to go.
If it’s stopping short, turning and then whacking a car, I would look at the T Bar eyes first. Look for a cracked one that might be getting moisture inside. It could also be a short in the festoon wire which can cause all kinds of gremlins.
There is no wheel count switch on the lw4000...

Had this same problem a couple weeks ago. Try looking in the wire/junction box on the motor. Ours was full of water. The condensate drain had plugged up. I redid the wires with wire nuts. Knock on wood, so far so good. This was an 18 month old laser 360 plus
