Insights of a Sef-Service Car Wash

Didn't intend to hijack this thread with Nayax stuff! For tap cards and mobile devices, the NFC range for Nayax is nearly 4" from the face of the reader. Only reason to lift the cover is for insert or swipe cards...or "Tap" the Stop icon on the display.

It is indeed. I recommend them to all clients. Nayax Protective Box Note that installation requires longer fasteners. We use 4mm x 0.7mm x 25mm stainless steel set screws, washers, and nuts for ease of installation

Insights of a Sef-Service Car Wash

I spent a minute thinking about the verbiage (speech or writing that uses too many words or excessively technical expressions) for our NAYAX instruction decals. Regardless, a gentleman recently approached me with a question... "How do I make the credit card system work?"

LED7 V7.30 and Nayax count up

FYI... This is how MOMA displays "Last Sales" with CA$H reporting. (This location setting reports coin counts in $5 increments)

LED7 V7.30 and Nayax count up

Keno, The easiest way to add coin count reporting is to install a 24v AC SPST relay. Connect coin acceptor output and 24v AC common to the relay coil. Connect Nayax Pulse Wire 2 (Dark Blue) and jumper the VCC Wire (Light Blue) to the relay contacts. In Nayax Core, GoTo...

LED7 V7.30 and Nayax count up

A bit more expensive than HiLetgo's optocoupler but works just as well. InkBird Solid State Relay

LED7 V7.30 and Nayax count up

Correct...it parallels the LED7's (or any other timer's) Timed Output. There is no need for a DC power supply for Nayax. They work just fine on your coin box's 24v AC.

LED7 V7.30 and Nayax count up

A simple COUNT-UP solution for any car wash bay or vacuum installation… Use an opto-coupler interface to allow the NAYAX VPOS to serve as the timer for credit card sales. HiLetgo optocoupler

    Nayax to Ginsan count-down

Its the same door with some additional holes drilled for mounting the Nayax and external stop switch. The Washgear components are removed, and a new decal is applied to the existing door.

    Programmable Relay or PLC

Greg, The IDEC SmartRelay and Siemens LOGO! devices are identical…with IDEC being less expensive. You can order the programming software FL9Y-LP1CDW https://www.wolfautomation.com/smart-relay-windlgc-application-software And the 24vac-dc IDEC SmartRelay FL1F-H12RCA...
