I saw this come out a few years back but wondered if anyone here has it. It's a water reclaim by blendco that is filter less and doesn't stink. It looked like a great idea buy I have never heard anyone talk about it.
I have sold and installed them in Europe and the middle easy for an American company (Whiting Systems). These would be drive thru or rollover brush/ touchless or hybrid units.
I personally like 15hp for sides and 10 on top. Their for sure is more blow but that would be motor and impeller also. Not just swap out a motor. Also need to check your cables and breakers can take the extra loading.
One other important note is are you softening all of the water or just on the presoak? With 140ppm I don't really see the need to soften all of the water.
I would say it's not lined up right. You may need to remove the nozzles, then slide off the blue cover and refit it. It may not have been fitted correctly.
We have recently installed some premier vacs which have fantastic suction, but if the nozzle is on say a mat or hard surface, when the air flow gets blocked the motors definitely start to smell of burn. Is it bust to drill some holes in the nozzle to prevent motor burn out?
I think like many electronic items affected by covid the newer sonars are in short supply. Washworld supplied an older sonar with a different bracket. It was a simple swap and works perfectly.
We have 4 x 10hp motors with the 2 x side elephant ears. They do work well but you need to play with the positions. Ours are on the freestanding frame so it's easy enough to move them about until we get the best dry
