Ghost Washes
@Manko76 I'm having the exact same problem with a 100' ICS controlled tunnel. Everything else seems fine (voltage and lights on eyes, relays etc) but some cars aren't seen by the eyes and send a ghost wash. We also have another strange glitch where cars that either pay or get RFID scanned...- carwashmd

Water Based Hydraulic Fluid
I've gone through a bunch of water based hydraulic fluids and found AquaBlue to be by far the best. It's not cheap, the fluid is substantially more expensive than Diamond Shine or KR, but I was having issues with seals leaking/motors locking up until I made the change. Just the feel of the fluid...- carwashmd
