I did it for about 1.6 and owned the land in 2018. Being in a small town I didn't have a lot of local government restrictions to deal with so that probably helped some on cost, especially carrying cost. We were washing cars 4 months and 2 days after we broke ground. Due to site size we did a 2...
I'm in a small town in the southeast. 9000 in the city (county seat) and 45k in the county. I have a 4/2 just south of the CBD and a 3/1 2 miles south next to Walmart. The only competition is an older smaller tunnel 2 miles north of both. I had a newer tunnel coming in by the 3/1 and in a...
Some how the red lion changed the on board blowers to off. That fixed that but then the 3535 wouldn't turn on. VOD 16 went out. If Al at Coleman retires I may be in trouble.
I have a 1.0 that goes through the wash cycle fine but on the last 2 passes the on board dryers will not come on. If you manually turn them on from the test screen on the red lion they work fine. Anyone ever had this issue?
It's the best site I order from. CW superstore would be second and Dultmeir next. Sonny's is the worst. If you don't have a catalog good luck finding anything through the search.
That depends. I spent a lot of money to make not a whole lot more than I was making before. At least I lost it to myself and hopefully made the market too thin to be built on anytime in the near future. Tunnels are moving into small markets and if you look at the cost of the mini tunnels they...
Median household income is $41,935 for the city and $43,501 for the county. Also, I'm in the southeast so no salt on the roads in winter. I have talked to people up north in markets similar to mine that do much better.
I have a 4/2 and a 3/1 in a city of 9000. County has 42000. Traffic count of 14k cpd. I had to build an express tunnel on my 3/1 next to Walmart for purely defensive purposes. Wash owner north of downtown CBD that leases the tunnel fairly cheaply were going to build just a few hundred yards of...
I still have my Specialty system. It had a gould pump that went out a couple of years ago (18 yrs old). I replaced it with a dayton booster pump from grainger. My SSA I've pulled out now had direct drive Hawk Plunger pump that never failed in 14 years. You should be able to find a procon...
Pat they will be ok. LOL. I've been looking to and rooms are crazy high. You can get one of those condos for about 150 a night downtown. I may do that and hang with the real people. The Omni is out.
I know your pain. We have 800 miles of dirt roads in my county. I've had them in the bays for over 3 years now without a failure. We just use the cleaner pad on them every few months.
They are washing machine valves. Hot and cold intake that goes into the small tank. I bypassed this and do just cold only. The overflow on the Hudson's came from them leaking around the threads. I was never able to find a float valve like specialty had after the went out of business.
