Start by taking a voltmeter and testing the fuse in the base of the weep miser. check continuity. if its good replace it. turn unit on and then check to see how many volts it is sending to the solenoid. either 24 or 120. If it's correct, then your problem isn't the weep miser its your solenoid...
I think Probably all that's wrong is that you pop the fuse in the weep miser. It's there on the bottom side where all your wires plug in give it a little quarter turn. Then the fuse will pop out of there. If the fuse is popped then the water runs all the time regardless of what all that readout...

the product I have been most pleased with is the Simoniz Banana peel foam brush. It is loaded with surfactants so with the monster foam brush heads it glides over the surface nicely . a beautiful rich lather that unlike all the other foam brush fragrance's does not attract bee's and wasp. maybe...
