Received one of those letters about 19 years ago. I told my secretary to make a special file for the letter and call me when they came out in person. I made no reply and waited. Sure enough after about l9 years I am still waiting. If they come I will just turn off the radio for awhile.
I am 100% with Randy. Even if you do only one bay a year it is a win, win situation. Paint of any kind does not work well in a Car Wash environment. Both of the product that he mentioned are great. I shopped around and purchased wholesale and FRP has been up for over 20 years. We have painted...
We have used Blendco for almost 15 years. Tried many others at first and once we installed the system all has been smooth sailing. Great products and the ease of use makes them a total winner. No clogging problems. We did get the newer mix system after 10 or so years and it is even better.
We have almost exactly the same signage disclaimer set up that Scott describes. Ours were originally furnished by our distributor. In addition I can tell you from experience that cameras seal the deal on false claims. We had a woman make a claim that our Soft Gloss had come down and damaged...
I have kind of had the same experience with powder. I do like it a lot better than liquids and it is both easier to use and cost less. I also use Blendco and it is easy and consistant. No problems in 9 or so years so we have stuck with it. Really have not found anything that will do the job as...
We have been using powdered soap after trying many other brands of liquid for about 10 years. Great results and would not ever consider changing back to liquid.
We have a set of automatics with dryers, one on each side of the equipment room. One was pre-planned and the other is a conversion of a self serve bay that was too short. They each work perfectly and do an equally great job of drying. They are about 10 years old now and I see no difference in...
Thank all of you guys for replying. I plan to check into the membrame idea and probably will price a truss roof. Someone suggested laying a 3' straight truss across the front of the building and additional strips dropping a graduated amount from front to back, then over laying them with metal...
What is the best alternative to re covering or covering over an old tar flat roof that leaks and is no longer flat enough to cover with tar. It leaks really bad and has uneven sinks in the roof. Some have suggested trusses with a regular pitch roof over the flat roof, graduated slope to the...
We stopped using 55 gallon drums 12 years ago. Water is expensive to ship and 55 gallon drums are hard to handle if you have several automatics. I personally like a powder mix set up, 5 gallon pail concentrates and 30 gallon drums for surfactants. Never want to handle another 55 gallon drum.
