Hey Axxlrod! Thanks for responding. Primarily tunnel and if the lot has the room, a couple of SS bays. The lot I am looking at is roughly 3 acres with 530ft of frontage on a busy road....2024 traffic assessment put it at just over 20K per day and it is a high growth area.
