Hey guys, I currently have a 6 bay all self serve. The opportunity has arrised to purchase 2 washes within 10-15 miles away. Each of the 2 has 4 self serve bays and an automatic that are less than 3 year old. The most income producing wash has a proposal of a tunnel wash coming within a mile...
Trying to find a part for a Hamilton ER60. Im basically making another machine from scratch. It's a relay connection with a harness connection on both sides. Anyone know a part number or something to go by?
Hey Randy, thank you for your detailed reply. That sounds like a great plan, I will probably utilize it. If you have time for the pictures I'd appreciate it highly.
So what would happen if I eliminated all the solenoids? I had in my mind to run a trunk line with the one NO at the beginning and running lines to the side of each pump that's controlled by the one solenoid.
My wash has had an old thermostat weep, with individual solenoids to each bay, normally closed. Updating it to the weepmizer with a single normal open. The injection plumbing for the wax and HP soap are at the pump and kinda hacked up. Top solenoid is weep (solenoid going away), 2nd is wax and...

Ok yes that definitely looks easier for use of the customer, I was thinking about taking the one at the nozzle off and replacing it with the swivel style.
Kimberly, did you install a swivel cuff at the hand nozzle? It seems kinda awkward to hold was wondering if this would be a problem before I order them. We just installed our 6 this week.
That's great advice, I didn't think about the separate adjustments and they would definitely need to be adjusted differently. I'll see if I can delete this thread thanks mep
