We only have a pulsation hose on the self serve bays. Our automatics have big Cat 3535 pumps and they have the large black pulsation dampener. I wasn’t aware they make them for smaller pumps. I’ll have to get one and try it.

That is not a valid comp. Tunnel wash vs in bay automatic are entirely different animals and customer bases. Speaking from 25 years of car wash ownership of multiple locations. You should listen to the advice these guys are giving you, they know what they are talking about.
