Dencar Technology Retrofit Doors (ACW Goldline)

I haven't had any issues with the card reader and Payroc has been good to deal with the few times I have talked to them and the fees are reasonable.

    Things Just Got Real

I'm around 500 members now. If I dod it again I would definitely have a longer bay with separate drying area and I would put the undercarriage in the center and fire it during the wash.

    Upgrading an RO system

Ideal is 1:1 you can turn up the recirculation but it will shorten the life of your membranes

    Things Just Got Real

Can't believe it has been 2 years. It's been 3 since I joined the forum, which was about 6 months after I bought the ground with the intention of building a wash. I just want to say, this forum and the people here had a lot to do with making this all happen and appreciate all of the advice and...

Where do these lines go from the serenoid valves

Your high pressure chemicals should be plumbed to your cat pumps with solenoid valves to allow the selected chemical to be drawn by the pump.

Best in bay car reader system?

Their sales pitch sounded great but, I haven't heard anything good from anyone who tried them. I've had Nayax for almost a year and haven't had much trouble with them.

    Things Just Got Real

A new record yesterday, 194 cars through the Petit. Guess I'm gonna have to buy the second one now, don't think I can top that.

    Upgrading an RO system

When mine was installed they told me it is best to keep the product and reject equal. You can turn the reject down but that will shorten the life of the membranes.

Where do these lines go from the serenoid valves

It's simple, people are trying to help you. Give them the information they're asking for and they can help, or keep being an ass and figure it out on your own.

Where do these lines go from the serenoid valves

You should have Flojet pumps to pump the chemicals out to the bays. I don't any in your pictures.

    PreSoak streaking

I timed several customers, if they drove through the undercarriage and dryers like they should, my top wash is just over 4 minutes. One lady took over 6 minutes and only dried the hood of her car. the average time between wash starts was 4:15 to 4:30.

Marketing and Advertisement suggestions to restart an idled SS

Around here, food trucks are big. If there are some in your area with a good following, have them park at your wash for a day or two. A Facebook page is a good way to post info and share to community groups.

    PreSoak streaking

My top wash is just over 4 minutes and gets cars clean. Over the winter, I had it down to 4 minutes because I didn't have to worry about mud and bugs. I wish I had made my bays longer with a separate drying area, that would help throughput a lot. The Petit is really easy to program all of the...
