I don't know, I can only speak to my experience. Dencar definitely has their issues but tech support hasn't been one for me. The whole reason I posted this thread is because I am aware of their issues when releasing a new product and I want to know if they've been worked out before buying.

Dencar has always gotten back to me in less than an hour, even if it is after hours.

it should fit snug but not so tight that it would break putting it on. I would show it to your motor guy and ask him about it.

Are you sure you have the right parts for your motor? Is there a burr or something on the shaft?

Exactly the issues I was expecting hear. Though, I believe they do have count up working now, or at least was told they do.
