I wasn't getting along to well with the search engine prior to my post but went back a tried again and found a bunch of helpful info. I'll be back with more details if the info does not work.
One of my bays has lower pressure at the wand. I replaced the tip and nothing changed. Any ideas on what is causing this before I start randomly pulling things apart?

ok call me stupid if i didn't figure it out but when I first saw that there was specified torque and I looked at the t handled, specialized tool I thought it was a joke one of the cat technitions slipped in there. Is there a specialized torque wrench also?
The bypass question was based on confusion. The 0 pressure regulator was being mentioned just before the mention on the bypass on the regulator. At first I thought that you were talking about the same regulator, the 0 pressure, and that it had some type of bypass(Never used one and never seen...

I saw on the Windtrax site that there is a weep and non-weep. Is the weep needed and is this what is being refered to as bypass that is going back into the intake side.
