Hi Guys, I bought a ne JE adams triple motor to replace an older one that burned up. The old one has an IDX timer and the new one has a Zettler timer. I cannot find any wiring diagrams for the new timer. I wired it the same as the idx and it didn't work. I have a transformer for power, and then...
Its made from parts in the Chinese market. I reached out directly to the company that makes them and they will sell one for $650 plus $500 for shipping. My issue was that they want me to wire them the money before they even build it. I had two of them that were vandalized and on that the touch...
The other day our tandem e chain slide off and caught and the only thing that broke is where it attaches to the bracket on the bridge. I actually have a spare plastic end piece but that seems to be the only part of the e chain that doesn't come apart. Id have to disconnect every hose and wire...
This is Rochester, the one circled in red is ours, we lease the space, it came as part of a package with owned real estate. We are new to this and closed 8 months ago, when we bought we actually planned on closing and pulling out of this location. Go is in orange on the main road and delta sonic...
We have a few locations, some of the municipalities will take it, some we will likely have to pay a disposal fee. But even with a disposal fee it'll still be a lot cheaper.
We recently got our first bill from a septic company as well. We decided to take matters in to our own hands. They aren't easy to find but they are out there.
Well its always the last thing you check that solves the problem I suppose. We wanted to change the power cable to the arch motor on New Years Day because it looked rough. No one was open and we didn't have any extra wire. So we wrapped the bad spots and hoped for the best. The Wet tech called...
It does not appear that the G5 has prox switches. I was there 12 hours yesterday. We replaced the arch encoder, the arch card both in the control box and the bridge, the Lon wire, we swapped the arch gear box with a known good gear box, we tested the arch motor, we replaced the arch VFD. And it...
We had an arch fail to rotate and as a result hit the front bumper of a car then stop right in front of the car. Not a big deal. But then after a minute the trolly tries to go home and drags the arch up and over the top of the car. In the log it shows arch impact deactivated right before that...
Okay thank you for the info. I will try these things. We have two G5s at this location and they are both down with tough to diagnose issues and this is our busy season. I will start a separate thread for the other one. We were hoping that the tech would find more with it but after a whole day...
I turned down the pressure on the hpa from 90 to 70 and it is now running through a full wash. But our other sites pressure is set to 100. Could it be the pump motor itself causing the draw?
I am scratching my head here. Had a Wet Technician out yesterday and he wasn’t able to fix it either. It keeps stopping mid wash. It’s a list of unrelated errors it seems. I have attached screen shots. Has anyone else had these issues?
