I would love to know how it's working with temp tags for you or how you circumvented this issue. Obviously people who just purchased a new car want to take care of their new baby and will sign up for memberships often. But in many areas, temp tags don't have the identifiers set up like actual...
Hydraflex turbo nozzles are pretty reliable. Have had a few failures related to the inner rubber like material cup distorting and causing the nozzle to stall. But otherwise no issues really... Except don't let them freeze. Different story at that point.
Someone (I have no idea who) made a video of one of my washes with a typhoon. I had to convince Oasis back then to build the machine with low pressure pump for chemicals and change the program to run both low pressure and high pressure options at the same time, but you can see what all we can...
You need a car wash tech, not an electrician. The contactor is tripping to make you aware of a problem before something bad happens. Chances are low that the problem has anything at all to do with the control wiring which is what the diagram will provide. Maybe a weak connection on control...
There are some ss/inbay companies doing the same. Well, I only know of two actually. It's really a smart move for the operator as they are eliminating their risk by unloading a special use building to an investor that doesn't understand their risks of having such a thing. The operator will...
You just need to purchase one sized for the motor if you already have 3 phase. If you are using a single phase source to run a 3 phase motor, the rule of thumb (contact specific manufacturer on sizing specs) is to go double size (10 HP vfd for a 5hp motor).
Power wiring is pretty basic for...

On an unrelated note, I've been working on a remotely operated 'pit bomb' operated from the alarm function on the cameras that will blow a huge bubble of air in the mud in the pit , sending wretched mud and whatever else upward. Besides maybe unclogging the drain, can you think of any other...
If it's load related, you should be tripping a overload and not a breaker( if it's set up properly). As mentioned, you need to check your contactor and amperage and possibly find another electrician. Also, weak control voltage to the contactor can cause the contactor to make a weak connection...
If you changed from a single single sided credit card reader to a Panasonic dual side reader, you have to make sure you have the correct version of board and software to support it. I don't remember off the top of my head, but I think it's rev g or later?
But I just reread the post and you...
I hate to say that the 'hard stop' plan doesn't work, but it doesn't. Just is another expensive thing to fix. Turns out, there's simply nothing you can do to prevent drivers from screwing up. But there's a lot you can do to make sure you catch them. And you really need to make sure you know...
