    Best day to date!

Yesterday was the single best day in our 3 years in the business! 106 washes on a single IBA on pace to do about the same today and about 80 on Friday in a town of less than 3000! What does everyone consider to be a "good" day? Average day?

Bill acceptance in the bay, was it a game changer?

Are you credit card only, tokens, quarters?

    Paystation recommendations.

Looking to replace our wash select in the future and was looking for input on a new unit. With our new Razor up and running and the bay looking nice for a change, I would like a more modern paystation. We only have the one auto and like the simplicity of the wash select. Money in is about 60% CC...

    Belanger parts

For the non-driven bearing I used rear wheel bearings from 93-02' Saturn without wheel speed sensor. I bought the cheap ones from eBay and just gave them a couple coats of paint before going on the shelf. Had good luck with them.

    Flabbergasted in OK

I would say the valve is stuck even if the solenoid is energized. In my experience the valve itself fails 3x to a coil. If not that possibly a stuck check valve in the closed position.

    Razor overshooting home

Update: I called tech support to get the default login info and I was told that the sensor boxes should be mounted so that the arm will be in the middle of the sensors while the machine is against the hard stop. That would be at least 6 inches farther forward than the drawings show (133" off...

    Razor overshooting home

Took a look at my setup screen this morning and my slowdown is set at 4p. I assume turning this closer to the 10p would solve this. Everything on this screen is locked and I'm not sure what the default login is to change these settings.

    Razor overshooting home

Finally got my razor up and running and it has been doing awesome, but every once and awhile it overshoots home and parks with the arm in front of the back up eye. I moved the flag back a bit and have only had it happen once since then. Belts are tensioned according to the manual. Not sure where...

    Razor owners, need photos!!

I recently purchased a 2022 Razor and am getting setup for installation. I have the manuals and read them cover to cover multiple times. I would just really like to see some of your backroom setups as the manuals only show a top down sketch of the preferred layout.

    Razor Dimmer provision.

We are installing a new razor soon and already have LED fixtures on the ceiling with the ability to wire a signal for a dimmer. I was curious if anyone knows if the razor has an output for this?

    Vector bearings!!!

Just took a look, that appears to be the one. Thank you so much.

Plc on Belanger vector lost memory

What setup does your vector have? Dual arm? Virtual position? I have a spare that I would possibly part with if it would work for your setup.

    Vector bearings!!!

Hey everyone, I am in need of the driven bearings for my machine and I cannot remember what car they are from. I know the idlers are from a Saturn but I am at a loss on the others. I like to get what I can from my local parts store when I can. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Need opinions on my Cat 3535

Just looking for opinions on what direction I should go. My auto uses a 3535 but I am only able to get about 850psi max on each arm and it usually was around 1200. It is making a weird stutter while running too. I put a new unloader, new nozzle kit, and inlet check valves. I'm getting a good...

    Cat 310 issues

So I finally got around to tightening the belt, it wasn't exactly loose but I used a bar to put some more tension on it and will hang around to see if I still get slippage.
