Due to new codes I am told it would be very expensive to replace. The current box is much smaller than the larger clearance box now required. I have wen a little overboard and ordered 3. Interesting note two of the replacements were ordered nearly 4 days ago overnight and still not in.

Update I did get ahold of tokens direct, they said the material is on back order for many options, will be a while before companies are restocked

American changer. I have tried several times over the past month to get through to American changer to order tokens. They do not return calls and do not answer the phone. Are they closed? Or just poor service?

I have installed on the acw 4/5 works fine good support. Many wash names available and I believe you can customize but takes some time. Had installed over 4 years and by the way the tap pay is a great addition and worth adding

Customer said she put a $5 in changer for tokens, it took her $5 and did not give her tokens. She said she put in a 2nd $5 and it did give her tokens. My understanding is the Hamilton would have locked out if tokens were not indicated by the counter switch? Could this failure happen? I did try...
