Looks like they are releasing a new pay station the eco-10 for $20k. It will have a smaller screen at 10 inches and a smaller bill breaker. Does anyone know anything else about this unit? Is it just a more affordable version of the S2?

On a side note, How is it to call D&S tech support? I can't imagine them wanting to help me with a 20-year-old machine.

The two lines coming into the pump in the 3 & 4th pictures are how I think the hot water is coming into the tank as they are hot to the touch. I don't see any check valves between the pump and here so not sure what has changed to cause the issue.

I'm at a loss on how to fix this issue. I was hoping someone here could help. I have soap, and what seems to be small amounts of oil coming into my rinse tank. I also have hot water coming up from the bottom of the rinse tank from where the 3535 pump sucks the water.
