I have a Razor from 2016 with a CAT 3535. Shows 100,000 washes. I noticed some oil on top of the pump about a week ago and thought the oil looked a little funky. I dumped the oil and refilled with CAT oil to the red dot. The old oil in the pan looked perfectly fine. Not milky or anything. Today I checked the oil level just to make sure it had leveled off where it should be and I found a puddle of oil again. It's puking out of the red fill cap on the top. What would cause the pump to create internal pressure to push this oil out the top? It was not overfull and is just a shade under the red dot now. Anyone have this issue?

Thanks,
Lighthouse

You’ll make me look again but isn’t there a rubber o ring that seats on the underside of the cap? Make sure that’s there and not damaged

All of my Cat pumps vent to atmosphere, I.E. they have a hole in the cap to ensure there isn't internal pressure. Is the vent hole in the cap plugged?

O-ring is place and fine. The big 3535's do not have the pin hole in the top like the 310's.

Thanks,
