Futura Revolution lost treadle input intermittant

I have a Futura Revolution that occasionally will lose the treadle input and travel all the way to the entrance door. I have replaced the treadle photoeye recv'r - still happening. Any ideas? Transmitter?

If it is traveling all the way to the entrance door, it is NOT the treadle switch. A couple of things to check...first, check to see if the distance counter is working. It is a prox switch located on the drivers side free wheel. Then check the exit limit switch. It is also a prox switch located on the drivers side bottom of the gantry. Sometimes they will work until they get wet, then work intermittently.

Thanks for the input (so to speak, prox switchs and all...). Oddly enough it works fine after the first couple washes.

I looked into wet connections, pulse counter, the location proxs, photoeyes and related wiring.

All the hydraulic coils are working properly (unless the directional valve is sticking) everything seems fine.

This wash is using a photoeye on the gantry as the treadle, there is no switch on the floor. There is a secondary photoeye mid-bay on the wall as a safety.

in my experience it is most likely the prox switch on the distance counter or flag counter wheel. the led may be lit and the problem may be intermittent but this is how these sensors always go bad; they work intermittently then fail, very frustrating to diagnose. i believe ours are Turck brand and i have had little success in using any other brand. hope this helps

I had a similar issue and the prox eye was covered in muck. Clean them off with alchohol haven't had that issue in months, and before it was a daily occurrence
