How much of a reduction in business do you all see in the winter time? I’m located in So. California and so far, January has been terrible. Down about 40%.

Winter is my busy time. Business triples and quadruples for me. We have snow, salt and temps so low that people have to bring their car to a car wash. Every region has their up and down times, you have to look at what you do year over year. There will be bad “good months” and good “bad months”. Trust the process and focus on your long term.

Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. Wintertime is BuSy season. I only have a 4 bay self serve wash but a good winter month can 2x-3x a summer month. But it has to be right weather. Cillling cold for a month don’t work. Has to snow heavy then sunny for two days… Snow heavy then sunny(35-40)two days … We can do $1000 every 3-4 days.
Since Trump is in… Business has doubled min… ppl aren’t afraid to spend a few dollars now
Where in SoCal? I’m here too and Jan was great, but Feb was slow due to the rain. It’s all weather dependent.
