yes, I might be attending I just heard about it today. I love to connect with others. I also looking for Beta testers for my new car wash app. that simplifies maintenance and help track employees, etc. Are you planning on attending?

I plan on going although in recent years the ICA show has very little for the SS operator compared to the past. The best thing is getting to meet with other operators and exchange ideas. It would be great to have a forum dinner again or get together of some kind.

I agree. I think the WCA will have some self serve sessions...
 
I think I went last year in Nashville. I didn’t spend enough time at the show to justify going again. Not enough for SS/IBA guys to see. The industry and certainly the ICA is focusing on Private Equity investors and Express Washes. I remember the early 2000s was focused on SS when there was a huge building boom for that market. When the cycle comes back around to SS/IBAs I’ll be back.
Also, Las Vegas is just too far for me to travel as someone that doesn’t gamble. I do enjoy Nashville and other areas.
 
We won't be going this year. We've been to so many conventions over the years they just aren't that much fun anymore.

You Know I was actually thinking about going. Just to see and observe I'm sure it will be filled with the monopoly of big names buying out small business. I miss the old conventions .

It’s true that the focus is on private equity and express washes right now, but like you mentioned, when the cycle swings back to SS/IBA, it’ll be worth returning. As for Vegas, it’s definitely a bit of a trek, especially if you’re not into gambling. Nashville is a great choice, though! On a side note, if you’re ever interested in exploring new job opportunities while traveling, Learn more about traveling nurse positions in areas like Vermont.

This is only my second year in the industry, and I feel I learned a lot from the Nashville show last year. We are in the market for 3 or 4 IBAs over the next couple of years, so we want to really get a better idea of which ones will serve us best in each market.
