    UPDATE… working again. Reset the DAN computer. We’ve done this before and it worked for 2 months then same issue. Will see, fingers crossed. Thank you for your help!!!!!! : )

    We don’t we don’t have a bay plate, ours is only 5 years old but looking into replacing it.

    Good morning and thanks for your response! In home position and resets have been checked and are good. Rebooted ACW and CW. Can get one car through ok then the next wash accepts payment but no green light to proceed into the CW. Screen on ACW says processing and doesn’t change from that...

    Softgloss Max 5… “please wait equipment not ready” this is the message on our kiosk, but inside cw screen says “no problems seen” Any ideas? Thanks
