Thanks. It ended up being a mercury switch grounding somehow. It wouldnt do it every time and it was random but i just replaced both and it works great. I have the 4 digit codes just was told that i needed a handheld to get them but i see them in reports now. Thanks Darin

My softgloss xs runs well normally but it is intermittently shutting down leaving soap on car. When this happens it says car wash controller offline inside on my code a wash. I reset it and it may run for 10 or 12 cars but ultimately it will do it again. Sometimes it will do it more or less...
