New buyer - 6 self serve bays and one IBA

DS5000 is obsoleted and very few new parts are available however you can find used parts around. I would be looking at replacing the DS5000 with something newer and easier to maintain. At the ICA show there were touchless IBA showed 150 k-180K ranged and even with new entry stations included.

Digital Car Wash Advertising in 2023

For me the Goggle Pop Up ads others are aggravating. I personally do not pay any attention them other than DELETE and add them to my Junk Mail. That being said other people do look and purchase on impulse. So it should help and is worth a try to any operator. Just my 2 tokens worth.

There are a few good reasons. Like conserving on utilities and pick up space. Several of the new systems are using VFD now with direct drive pumps, No holding tanks, chemical injection, as well as using the HP Cat or Giant pumps to supply all wand chemicals, one hose to the bay except Low...

Weep are running, weep system is shut down

the weep looks like it is on full. If you turned off both ball valves going into the weep system the flow should stop. If flow continues, then you have water coming from somewhere else. Like pressurized cold water or spotfree rinse valves.

No there were not. The wires terminated in a 15 plug with pinout wiring in the control panel from the valves. Back then if you sold Livingston equipment your service personal were required factory training to be able to install and service. Or the factory did the installation. Operators could...

Car Wash Show May 8-10 in Las Vegas

As for me. The Heartland and SWCA are the 2 best shows for the small to medium operators. There you have time to talk to the exhibitors and other operators. Back when the Western put on shows I preferred them over the ICA every time. Just my 2 tokens worth!
