    I had nylon tubing from sfr pump to supply lines in the past & replace them all do to failures on a regular basis.Maybe it was just cheap stuff from when I bought the system from A-OK.

    In 2 days I've had 4 leaks in 2 bays.current hoses in trough are 16 years old.SFR is blowing thru on straight runs,time to replace.Any recommendtions as to brand to use.

    I've had all mine made at welding shops due to the different sizes of my grates.My grates had to handle the weight of skidsteer and forklift.My last set lasted 15 years then rusted out.

    I'm with Farmers Alliance out of McPherson,Kansas.I had a huge claim 5 months after I sign on the first time and I renewed for the 10 th year last week.

    How often do you replace vacuum hoses?

    I pull hoses off every 2 weeks and wash the insides with HP @ the time I clean out vacs.As far as replacing them when crushed or 3 years.

    I've have doors and put the entry door on a separate breaker to prevent people from closing it in weather when its borderline nasty.Its a day to day judgement call due to weather factors.My wash is next to my office and easy to check on

    Different strokes for other folks,I use heated presoak in ss bays and it cleans the grasshoppers and road grime alot better than straight power wash.I use extreme presoak by Scotch Plaid for 26 years now.Every once in a while I will test another presoak in one bay and use it on my mail trucks...

    I agree with Pgres ,I too have a 12 inche x 48 inch lighted entry sign plus a 24 inch x 8 foot sign out front on a pole showing hours.I've been @ this location 16 years and the one's that drive in then leave are just plain lazy to get out and open the electric door.I gave up about stopping them...
