    Have an old hydrospray system

Is it the low pressure or the high pressure? How long is the longest high pressure line? If the high pressure chemicals enter at the pump, it makes no difference how they're delivered. Do the low pressure chemicals tee in at the boom?

    Spot free rinse short out

The fuse probably blew from the same short that's causing the problem you have now. Yes, I'm from Austin. I taught Patrick everything he knows.

    Truck bay boom system

That's not quite what I had in mind, but it would work and wouldn't be very expensive. Thanks!

    Spot free rinse short out

What was the fuse for? It might have been the main fuse for the bay. Do you have a Coleman Super Saver? The only solenoid is the one for the water to the bay. If you disconnect a wire to the coil and the bay runs except without spot free flow, it's the coil. The timer is probably getting...

    FRP Panels

The cheap rivets degrade from UV and will just fall off.

    Pressure

They're either a balanced pressure regulator or an unloader which functions in the same way except with a shutoff gun. They don't work on flow, that's why the pressure doesn't fluctuate wildly when you pull and release the trigger.

    Spot free rinse short out

Most likely the solenoid coil is bad. The spot free wire position on the switch is either 18 (8 position) or 19 (10 position).

    Foam brush not working

It's probably the Flojet pump. Did you ever fix this problem? https://www.carwashforum.com/threads/idx-m800-giving-same-timing-1-2-dollar.22590/

I only found once that you mentioned that, which was AFTER you called out on your false information that WashWorld service is terrible. There's also this bogus claim: https://www.carwashforum.com/threads/opinions-on-national-chains-decreasing-business-of-local-washes.22511/#post-182387 I found...

    What kind of vacuums?

There are water-based and oil-based fragrances. I only buy Fragramatics brand oil based, the cheap stuff separates and gums up the lines and solenoids. I prefer Fragramatics units because they're dead simple. Their shampoo machines have a switch you can toggle so it uses winter spot-remover...

    Truck bay boom system

    That would be much appreciated.

    Pressure

The reason for the pressure drop is because the pump can't maintain flow with the larger tips. If the pump is running fast enough, the pressure would remain the same regardless of the tip.

    FRP Panels

I'd drill out the pin and use a screw and hammer to extract them, then reuse the hole.

    FRP Panels

If they're the plastic rivets, you may be able to get them out. If they're metal, you almost definitely won't. You'd have to get things really accurate to reuse the holes. I'd be afraid to try. I always have trouble doing stuff like that.

    Truck bay boom system

I've been talking to a guy who wants to build a couple truck bays. He already has two, but they have regular 92" booms, so the hoses have to be so long they drag the ground most of the time and the trucks still have to pull forward/back at least once. Is there any sort of boom system out there...
