Help repairing Fleck 9000 water softener?

My current one is set to 20 so I think it should work? I might have to go with an electronic one if I have to. Can anyone point me to an equivalent 1” version?

Help repairing Fleck 9000 water softener?

Yes but the valves/seals/etc are worn out anyway so I would like to replace the whole thing. It’s 20 years old.

Help repairing Fleck 9000 water softener?

I have a Fleck 9000 mechanical head that is washed out and the valves/seals are old anyway so I need to replace the whole head. I bought what I thought was the right part but after receiving it I noticed it was quite different and after googling for hours I now believe they make a 3/4" meter...

    Rowe changer problem, eating money

Update: I tested the coils with an ohmeter, they all were around 9.2. I also swapped the solenoids from $1 and $5 to see if the problem follows. Using the test buttons (very helpful thanks!) they all worked just fine dozens of times each this morning. I couldn't reproduce the problem I was...

    Rowe changer problem, eating money

Wow almost $2k per machine. What about it is so much better? Looks like you are forced to use one hopper for dollar coins and one for quarters? Right now I use both hoppers for dollar coins and prefer it that way. And this only has a 500 note stacker vs my current 1000.

    Rowe changer problem, eating money

Is this different than the MARS conversion kit? I did that a while back and it’s been great. But this coin assembly is still the same original part of course.

    Rowe changer problem, eating money

Ah thanks!! I would have been looking for them forever on the coin assembly. So if for some reason one of them doesn’t work properly (I think just the $1 bucket), is it as simple as replacing the solenoid? Or is it possible something isn’t lubricated enough? Or anything else?

    Rowe changer problem, eating money

I have a Rowe BC-1400 and started getting complaints that it was eating money… as in, accepts $1 and makes a clicking sound but no coin comes out. I took a look at it and sure enough the bill acceptor takes the $1 and the coin dispenser flap at the bottom of the $1 bin makes a clicking sound as...

Help for a Noobie - Number of vehicles, Spend per vehicle?

Sit across the street and count cars and time on the timer for a few hours on different days and you’ll get a rough idea.

    Cryptopay issue

If it’s just one bay, check the button on the swiper. A customer can press and hold the button for a few seconds to clear out their remaining time once they are done, but I had a button get stuck randomly which would clear out the time as soon as they started in which case they still get charged.

Question about relays for Air Shamee motors

Would one like this work? I use these for my vacuums and have several on hand. https://www.zoro.com/square-d-24vac-non-reversing-definite-purpose-contactor-3p-30a-width-25-in-8910dpa33v14/i/G0759455/ This is a 3 pole but I could just use two? One for each leg of the 240v. I could have the two...

Question about relays for Air Shamee motors

240v, three motors, single phase. The reason I thought of this is because I know my vacuums have a single relay driving two motors, so it seems like I should be able to do the same with the three air shamee motors. But then why do the install instructions have three separate relays?

Question about relays for Air Shamee motors

With the single phase Air Shamee motor setup with 3 motors, I currently have 3 separate relays, one for each motor. I had one go bad and caused the fuse inside my bay faceplate to burn out, but the problem was I had no way to tell which of the three relays caused it so I just replaced all...

Dispense two different functions from same foamy coil hose?

Looks like that could do the trick - appreciate it thanks!

Dispense two different functions from same foamy coil hose?

Sounds like the 2 second idea could work. What sort of equipment is needed to implement that? Some pictures would help me get an idea if you have any!

Dispense two different functions from same foamy coil hose?

Aha - that’s what I had in mind when I started the thread. I must not have known what to search for. I wonder if the individual tubes are big enough to dispense enough product though? They must be significantly smaller than the 3/8” I have now.

Dispense two different functions from same foamy coil hose?

I don’t think the hose is specially made for triple foam? Mine rotates the colors with solenoids in the equipment room and the hose is just a regular coiled hose.

Dispense two different functions from same foamy coil hose?

It doesn’t freeze where I am so that’s not going to be an issue. If I have two different chemicals coming into the top of a 25 ft 3/8” foamy coil hose, you think it will clear within a few seconds? I was assuming it would take longer and not work very well.

Dispense two different functions from same foamy coil hose?

I currently have triple foam dispensed from a foamy coil hose and the rubber gun. I would like to add another low pressure foamy product (like presoak) and be able to dispense it from the same gun, but I imagine it would take too long for the first product to clear the hose before the new...
