The Diskins are designed for in-bay use. The motors have sealed bearings. Their new motor cover has solid sides. I've been using for 4 years now & have not had a problem with their motors or water abuse.

Contact Lock America Inc. 1-800-422-2866. They make tubular locks & keys. My vacuum doors originally used GR - Greenwald Industry tubular locks & keys, but I couldn't get ahold of them. I contacted LAI & replaced the locks & keys.
