    Erie hogs hair

We use the metal ones, but the paint does flake off before the brush wears out a lot of the time on the hog daddy. Hog king we use metal also, no issues with paint on those. Both get good life, better than we got with Erie. Foaming pattern is not as good as Erie, but still gets nice and foamy.

    Erie hogs hair

Wow - 200 heads per year and they can't be bothered...we have had issues with Erie heads also and moved away from them about a year or 2 ago to hog daddy and hog king brushes. Both have worked well for us. On another note - bravo to you for needing 200 brush heads a year! That's some wash volume!

    Triple foam issue

There are way too many factors, no one on the internet is going to be able to tell you which tip to use. You can probably get a starting point if you say the exact chemical you are using. If you are using a chemical supplier, they should be dialing this in for you. Red tip is like 20:1, and you...
