How to get customers to keep the doors shut in cold weather?

I only have doors on one end and they are locked shut in the winter. I found out years ago that people won't shut doors and sometimes would not open the doors fully and then drive through them and blame me for the damage to their cars.

Weirdos, wackos and people who can't read signs

I had a bay blocked off with a large orange cone while I was working on it. I was walking out to the dumpster to dump some trash and a guy in a small sports car drove around the cone and into the bay. Before he could get any money in I stopped him and asked if he had seen the cone. He said yes...

    Ultimate Car Wash heaters

Ambirad is who made the ultimate heaters. I retrofitted some by buying the burner units that have the fan built into the burner and not the separate fan that goes on the end of the tube. You have to insert a long metal wave strip into the long burner tube. I got mine out of a distributor in...

I will have to look at the videos closer. I only found out the type of truck and that it had a logo from the article. She never told me this information when I spoke to her. I think the Ram has a rotary dial for the transmission and is easy to not get it turned all the way to park.

Shocked! My insurance offer on F4 tornado

If your operating costs were 45% they are giving you your lost profit. I think any offer around 50% is in the ballpark. Most surveys show operating cost around 50% on IBAs. SS side of things is usually around 30% operating costs. That is without taxes and debt service.
