    Boom Wires in Automatics

My Ryko overhead gantry runs 3 one hp electric motors run on 3 phase power. 1 cable tuns through the boom with 10 heavy wires to feed the motors power. If one of the wires breaks we loose a motor function. Rather than buy a long new 10 wire cord that is never available locally we buy a heavy...

    Radiant Heater Repair

I have used aluminum dryer vent sections held on with large hose clamps in the past to make a repair. You can double them up if needed.

    Mud

Heavy mud and recreation area also. We are coming out of a long very snowy winter here so everyday we clean each bay 3 or 4 times a day. They seldom clean up after themselves and then bitch about our prices being to high. I can'i say too much to them because I am one of those a good 4x4 adventure.

    Issues with a new SecureCoin

With the hinged door make sure that it completely closes after opening. Sometimes they may stick open 1/16th of a inch or so, you can usually wiggle it completely shut. When they first came out years ago the quarter sensitivity was set to tight. I found that if a quarter was set on some cold...

    Issues with a new SecureCoin

I have never had a problem like this with any secure coin mech over the last 20 years of using them. It sometimes helps to unhook the power wire for a while then start over. Did you get the programming sheet included with the mech?

    Cash Counting Machines

I like to use the Cummins Jet scan dual pocket. It will count and sort as well as face and orient the bills. Run the %1s first then you have all the 5,10, and $20s together. Much faster in the long run than just getting a single pocket machine.

    Ryko OHD lp intermittent issue

What circuit breaker is tripping? A 24 coil can draw too much and shut it down but you really need to be more specific on breakers. It has several breakers. If you watch the wash cycle you can kind of narrow it down just on what is being called for at the time it trips.

    Pressure setting

I like a 15 degree nozzle also and use 1508s, For every 25% more water you double the impingement at the same given pressure. A narrower nozzle will focus the impact better and keep its impingement farther from the tip.

On a similar theme more people are using credit cards and fewer actually get change anymore. I bet half of my quarters from change machines are now for people who show up just to get change and leave. Many come after hours and get change for large bills. Last night at 11 PM I got a call that...

You should check the flow rate needed. I have to have at least 11 gpm for my automatic high pressure functions and most tankless units won't supply that much flow.
