    Anybody tried Universal boartex brushes?

Anybody tried these? Caught my eye on KR - synthetic bristles that are supposed to mimic hog hair brushes. https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-51-universal-ub-boartex-synthetic-fiber-foam-brush.aspx

    Fonic Wash Power Concentrate

Wow! Thanks for the detailed response. Looks like we maybe just wasting our time pre-mixing these. May try 1 or 2 chemicals your way, it will make our chemical refill job way easier if it works for us too. We have been using brown, orange, or green tips to get the show we want with the 2:1...

    RO Membranes

Never tried them, but there are a couple 4040 membranes on Amazon with good reviews and good prices. I'm planning on trying them when I need membranes again.

    Fonic Wash Power Concentrate

JBS and Kleenrite have both told me that about the chemicals that require 2:1 pre-mix. Something about hydrominders requiring water consistency chemicals to dilute consistently. And increased chance of clogged tips as I mentioned earlier.

    Fonic Wash Power Concentrate

Are you not having any issues with inconsistent dilution or clogged tips? We are mixing the way Randy described because the chemical companies said it has to be to prevent inconsistent dilution or clogged tips. Would like to get away from premixing if we can.

    Contactor is acting up?

Reset pops due to over amp condition. Have you checked how many amps the motor is drawing? Could be over amps or the heater strips on the over current protector are getting weak from age.

    Car wash signage suggestions?

Its going to be nearly impossible to measure a $20-40 increase per month, there are so many factors that will increase/decrease gross revenue way more than that on a monthly basis. If it is only costing you $20-40 worth of washes a month to have a sign on the main road and your property is set...

    Strange issue with Cryptopay

I have no experience with Unitec or cryptopay, but I would assume the power and ground are just 2 wires out of that ribbon cable. Can cut and splice in an external power supply into the ribbon cable on the appropriate wires?

    Mark vii (gt700)

I will probably have a whole railing system coming available soon. Our GTO300 was totaled out and I think we may go back with a used laser wash or razor to keep the floor clear.

    Strange issue with Cryptopay

Wonder if it's worth having a separate, dedicated power supply for the cryptopay side to maintain a clean, stable power source for that unit?

    Car wash signage suggestions?

Whichever you choose, make "car wash" as big as possible

Have you checked voltage like Greg suggested?

Light shadowing in self serve bays

We had to use the same number of fixtures to get the power company rebate, so we just ended up replacing the fixtures where they were located already. Top of the walls in our 12' and 16' ceiling bays. I would have used 4 fixtures per bay if i could have still gotten the rebate, and used an...

Light shadowing in self serve bays

With the low power draw of LED, I would try 8' strips in all 4 corners. We have retrofitted 8' 5000K strips caddy corner and they light up the bays nicely, but I would do all 4 corners if I had to do it again. The brighter the better IMO

    Air logic or Air shammee

We have hour meters installed as well, going to be a 9-12 month payback. We have count-up cc.

    Bad News for us all!

That is more than I would have guessed that pay off every month. Wonder how those numbers have changed now as everyone's budgets are getting tighter? Would guess that as times get worse, more and more people will be in the carrying balance category and taking at least a year to pay off their debt.

    Anyone using Montavue Surveillance?

Yes, you are correct. Blue Iris is a full featured software you install on your own windows hardware. Works with basically all cameras, so you can get a high quality system for a significantly better price than similar quality pre-packaged systems. We used these on our liquor retail stores...
