    Hydrospray Rain Maker upgrades

Not to hi-jack this thread, but this could be done with an arduino much cheaper, won't be industrial grade hardware though

310 pump with a loose rod

Hi group, I have a 310 pump that's not making full pressure. Took the head off to have a look to see what was going on. The middle rod has a pretty good amount back and forth play in it. Seems to be plunger and retaining bolt moving together. I took the back cover off to see if the rod bolts...

    Spot Free Hookup

Lot of good info from cbchevy, only thing I would add is make sure your discharge is wide open. Might be worth taking off the discharge hose and pumping into a bucket or something to prime the pump

    Winter shampoo concentrate

We use odoban carpet cleaner from Home Depot as our concentrate, mix 8oz per gallon. That stuff works good chemically and foams good. Any issues with washer fluid dye in the winter blend and staining light colored carpet or seats?

    Nayax to Ginsan count-down

Yes, 24v hot and common is required by the ginsan timer. Easiest would be to replace the paraplate with the ginsan. Should wire up wire for wire. What coin acceptor are you using?

    Nayax to Ginsan count-down

Where does the red wire coming out of your paraplate in this picture go? I am not familiar with paraplate, but that seems it maybe your timed hot. If it is, that should work if connected to timed hot #2 on Ginsan.

    Nayax to Ginsan count-down

Nayax can do count up on its own, it doesn't matter what timer is used for the cash/coin side. I have Nayax running in count-up mode with Ginsan GS402 timers. Unlike Cryptopay, Nayax doesn't have to rely on the timer at all, it has its own timer built-in

    Wash-Tec Fault

If it is a simple 2-wire switch, then typically yes you would be correct. But, you need to check your wiring diagram to be sure. Your switch could be stuck open or stuck closed. It depends on if the PLC is looking for signal or absence of signal to determine if the switch is in the run position.
