Water wizard 2.0 sport free solenoid

Anywhere water can get out, air can get in. It's worth a try to fix it.

Water wizard 2.0 sport free solenoid

Yes, it could. Could also be a small leak in the line somewhere between pump and nozzles. That would allow air in and break the siphon, allowing to nozzles to drip.

    Dampeners

No Dampeners here since I had a pump unit on with 620s. I will say that the mosmatic comfort hoses pulsate slightly compared to a regular wire braid hose.

Coleman Water Wizard 1.0 stops during wash, help ideas!

The first generation water wizard hasn't been made since around 2005 or so and the people that knew the machines and quirks have retired or moved on. Coleman's tech support for their 2.0 is far from stellar. They seem to be focused on the tunnel side of things. I sold my last first...

    Which Compressor should I buy?

This thread inspired me to buy a Rol-Air VT25BIG for a backup for one location. These little ones can be tee'd into the big compressor tank and I've managed to keep a busy wash up and running by doing that several times. It runs for thirty minutes at a time but that's OK. A compressor going...

    Fuses for JE Adams vacuums

In the past I've used plain old cheap glass fuses in a holder to protect a vacuum timer hooked directly to the motors. I can't recall any issues.

Vacuum Motor replacements for JE Adams 29070 Ultra Series combo units

So I've been using the cheap Lambs for years. I'm curious why you guys don't use them. Their longevity and suction seem fine. Any input? https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-3385-lamb-ametek-119414-00-2-stage-vacuum-motor-5-7-in-120-volt.aspx I am getting to the point where I don't bother...

    Which Compressor should I buy?

Champion, Quincy, Rol-Air, Ingersoll Rand, Campbell Hausfield should all fit your needs for a two bay. Regardless of brand, I would pay extra for one with a continuous duty cycle and stay away from oil-less compressors. Belt drive is a good idea too. I like continuous duty because...

Coleman Water Wizard 1.0 stops during wash, help ideas!

First, I am real rusty of first generation programming and I don't know exactly how they wrote the logic for this machine. But if I recall if one of the proximity switches (home or end of track) came on it would essentially tell the PLC it was at the end of that pass. That would cause it to...

    Bay lighting?

I installed the G&G LED in my auto bays and really like them. It reduced the shadow effect of the ceiling mount 8' fixtures.

Speed up my Mark VII Softwash

A ten pass basic wash? Make a goal of good=six passes, better=eight passes and best=ten passes. My Istobals are 4,6,8, passes respectively but I have a standalone dryer and this is a five brush machine so it only requires one brush pass. Having said that, my washes are only $8,$12, and $16. With...

Coleman Water Wizard 1.0 stops during wash, help ideas!

I'd be suspicious of home or end of track proximity switches giving an intermittent signal. If that doesn't fix it I'd replace the communications cable. Whenever I chase a gremlin I usually also clean and check all electrical connections on the terminal strip in the gantry.

Subject: Urgent! CryptoPay Tap Exploit - Free Washes & Missing Transactions

I have the same concerns. So what do you propose as a solution short of installing Nayax? The only thing I can come up with is have a back up wireless modem from an internet provider on hand.

Subject: Urgent! CryptoPay Tap Exploit - Free Washes & Missing Transactions

Crytopay usually verifies and starts within a few seconds. If it does not connect at (I think) 30 seconds it will start without authorization and continue to attempt to authorize. If you are count down it has already pulsed the timer though. If you are count up it will stop the equipment once...

Has anyone used these Boartex brush heads?

So mine, (again this at least ten years ago) "Smushed" flat in a matter of weeks. Maybe they have fixed that. Also recently tried a nogs hair about four years ago and quickly went back to Universal or Erie. I know they have gotten expensive but we make thousands of dollars of bay time with...
