If your pumps are drawing from a hot water gravity tank, have you checked to see if there is a CV inline between the pump and the water supply? Maybe its sticking and not allowing water flow when soap and wax are selected? Or is there a valve that restricts hot water flow so soap and wax draw...

That boiler is a lot less restrictive than my Takagi...@ 35° Delta it has a flow rate of 24gpm and 2.2ft of head pressure. I operate mine a little higher delta than that. From 55° to 105°, so about 60° delta down to about 45° delta. The manual also says you can supply pressure to the boiler...

The "Old School" answer would be yes....But using a typical 2506 nozzle rated for 1200psi pump pressure, running presoak off a flojet or possibly a procon pump will not give the best flow rates. You could use a second regulator and solenoid, but that is a lot to install when it can be done a lot...
