I have used the Muratic acid on FRP, Famr tec poly max walls and stainless steel with no problems.

I use low fume Muratic acid from Home Depot. dilute it 3 to 5 parts with water. Brush or spray it on and let it dwell for a minute then a light scrub and rinse will usually clean about anything and it is much cheaper than anything else I have ever found.

Check to see if you have short drop or long drop coin acceptors.I have been using secure coin acceptors for several years and I am happy with them. They are programmed for quarters and the dollar coin and can learn 3 coins of your choosing.

I have one built around 1970 that was a gas station/car wash. I bought it from a guy who at one time had 27 car washes and was the original builder.

I have a signature series at one location but have never had a PLC problem with it. My local ryko tech in the past has been able to download the old program off a bad PLC and reinstall it on a new PLC for the automatic washes. I would think you could do the same.

I tried a token via credit card dispenser once instead of adding Credit Cards to the bays. Big failure. Get credit cards in the bay and soon 80% of the revenue will be by CC.

For SS I agree with Randy on COrrect powder. Does a great job and if you are will to mix it yourself you will save a lot of money.
