What am I going to do?

I see a lot of retired people who become drivers moving cars from one state to another. A good way to see the country on someone elses dime if you like driving and seeing the USA.

Price to convert a SS bay to a Automatic?

I would guess minimum at 200K. More if you need to upsize utilities. 2 inch water line is advisable. Depending on weather needs if you are in cold weather you will need doors and heaters that could add 30K. Bay size should be 16 feet wide by at least 30 feet long with at least 10 foot high doors...

    1/4 pressure hose

My mosmatic hoses have also kinked in a few spots. I was real concerned with them kinking and not letting weep water flow that would end up in a frozen line. But this last winter I did not have one freeze problem in 11 SS bays.

    Selling the wash

I sold one of my washes a few years ago that I had built on a old landfill used for construction debris. FloJet issues

You don't want the air pressure that injects air into the foaming brush solution set higher than the air pressure going to the flojet. Set the injection air to about 20 psi less than the air to the flojet.

I think from now on when people are in my bays doing stuff and not paying I am going to tell them all time in the bay must be paid for weather using the services or not. $1 per minute with a $50 up front deposit. I will refund any unused time. I doubt many will want to pay me.

Can my floor heat do better?

What size of boiler do you have? How many square feet are you trying to heat? I think Huron Valley boilers has a chart you could use to determine how much boiler you need for the square footage and the location you are in.

    New Tunnel Coming...

For anyone adding a token vendor to their IBa pay station I would advise one that the customer has to push a button on the token vendor to receive the token. Many people just leave them and other folks scoop them up. It will pay for itself in the cost of tokens in a year. I had a good talk with...
