I took Pats advise and switched over to Arimitsu pumps from Cat pumps. The Arimitsu pumps run much quieter and I have had not problems with them. The Cat pump parts are way too expensive IMO. I could never get the cat pumps to run very long after a rebuild compared to when they are new.

MY system has a keyed bypass switch. All it basically would take is to feed positive 24 volt to one side of key and run wire from key to the rotary switch power wire. All a timer does normally is energize rotary switch. When key is activated it would send the power to the switch.

A token programable coin mech will handle most tokens. I use Secure COin and Parker slug buster 3s. A simple door bell transformer for the 24 volts have worked for years in my vacuum applications. I like the secure coin mechs because they have both a 24v and a 120v output.

If you know which products to get from Kleenrite they work every bit as well as Blendco. They are not the cheap ones that most people buy but they will still save you 2/3 rds compared to Blendco..
