I can only speak from my experience, but nayax customer support got me up and running without issue on my first call. However it does take a few hours to get in touch with CS if you don't call first thing in the morning.

I have no idea about your question, but did you get a lawyer to try the rezoning or do it yourself? Hiring the right lawyer that has experience rezoning in your area is key to all rezoning attempts. Just my 2 cents

This has already happened with the last rule change with chip cards. Any swipe transaction that isn't tried as chip or tap first is an automatic loss on a refusal by card holder. Every major retailer already has the infrastructure in place to accept non-mag swipe cards.

The cell service was a big plus for me with nayax, basically a bulletproof cell data infrastructure that I don't have to maintain. The high speed internet is already iffy at our locations, so taking the cc off that and having basically 100% up time is a no brainer for us.

These are out of sight out of mind type expenses when looking at cc vs cash costs. I would much rather pay the 2.5-3 percent to avoid all the labor and headaches associated with coins, not to mention the increased gross revenue with cc count up.
